I bought a refrigerator Cartoon magnet from Welderup and when I received my order of it and a T-shirt the refrigerator magnet was a sticker. I called them up at the phone number on the provided receipt and they were happy to rush the correct item to me and apologized for their mistake.
It came in the mail 4 days later. The T-shirt looks fantastic and I look good wearing it proudly. This is exactly how good customer service is supposed to be. Thank you for everything Welderup!
